Industrial halls

Our company delivers steel assembled halls within the scope required by the customer, ranging from turn-key deliveries – including the project, lower structure, connections, interior development, and outdoor areas – to superstructures only. The composition of the hall and materials depends on the customer’s financial resources and requirements. The selected price level depends on aesthetics confronted with purposefulness + the selected structure + material brands.

We hold a DIN EN ISO 3834-2 Certificate, which entitles us to manufacture and assemble steel structures with an arbitrary span and height, including crane tracks. The certificate is an equivalent of a Czech certificate, the so-called Large Certificate of Qualification, and is, moreover, valid in other countries of the European Union.

The bearing frames of the halls are anchored into reinforced concrete footings. Insulated halls are covered with sandwich panels or assembled surface sheets; non-insulated halls are covered with trapeze sheets; roofs are eventually covered with laminate. Floor composition is designed according to the nature of the plant. Light tent halls are covered with technical textiles; due to the temporary nature of these buildings, it is sufficient to notify their construction only.

Steel halls have great advantages over reinforced concrete halls: the slenderness of the frame and inexpensive recycling. A steel hall can be moved or sold; its assembly is easier, faster and cleaner than wet construction. A steel hall can be easily tailor-made, or modified and extended in routine operation. The surface sheets of a steel hall are maintenance-free, can be easily washed, and have a modern appearance; patterns and colours in compliance with the customer’s requirements
